Project Description: Request for Proposals – RFP 2026-055 Baggage Handling System (BHS) and Passenger Boarding Bridge (PBB) On-Call Maintenance, Repairs and Inspection Services. Sealed Proposals will be accepted at the City of Waco’s Operations Center, 1415 N. 4th Street, Waco, TX until 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, October 20, 2026. The City of Waco has issued this solicitation for a contractor to provide qualified supervision, labor, technicians, tools, diagnostic equipment, transportation, materials, supplies, replacement components, documentation and other resources necessary to perform scheduled and on-call services for Airport-owned BHS and PBB equipment. Work shall be performed in accordance with applicable manufacturer recommendations, accepted industry practices, Airport requirements an applicable laws and safety standards.
