Overview

Summary

The City of Santa Fe Public Utilities Department respectfully requests review and approval of Amendment No. 1 to Munis Contract No. 3250248 with Advanced Utility Systems, a business unit of N. Harris Computer Corporation, for the implementation, continued development, and support of the City’s new utility billing system.

The amendment will incorporate the Phase 2 Statement of Work and authorize additional services and functionality to support the continued development and operational use of CIS Infinity. Phase 2 includes additional system interfaces, electronic payment integration, automation, business-process review, utility rate configuration, and onsite implementation support. The Phase 2 SOW consists of six individual scopes of work: Conservation/OpenGov/Syncta/Customer Contact Center interfaces; EBPP Payment Interface; Scheduler Implementation; Business Process Review; Utility Billing Tier Rate Change; and On-Site Support

Amendment No. 1 increases the contract compensation by $2,416,966.61, resulting in a total contract amount not to exceed $5,910,526.61, excluding applicable taxes. The amendment also extends the contract term from September 27, 2029, through October 31, 2031, to provide sufficient time for completion of the additional implementation activities and continued support.
