MGC DIAGNOSTICS EQUIPMENT SERVICE AGREEMENT

THIS INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE IS A REVISED NOTICE TO ONLY CHANGE THE INTENDED NAICS TO 811210 - Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, $34.M Size Standard.

INTENT TO AWARD: The Department of Veterans Affairs, VAMC Manchester, NH intends to award one (1) Purchase Order for a one-year service and support agreement. For the MGC Diagnostics Ultima PFX pulmonary function/stress testing system, and for the MGC Diagnostics Platinum Elite DX body plethysmography device. All services and maintenance must be performed as described in the enclosed Statement of Work (SOW).

BACKGROUND: Manchester VA Medical Center has one MGC Diagnostics Ultima PFX pulmonary function/stress testing system and one MGC Diagnostics Platinum Elite DX body plethysmography device. The devices will need to be maintained, by a qualified and reliable company, for ongoing quality assurance, software package modifications including upgrades & patches, telephone technical support, and future onsite repairs, calibrations, and preventive maintenance.

WORK DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW: Replace parts coverage, service support, telephone support, software and hardware support, full maintenance coverage by providing all replacement parts, labor, travel expenses, tools, test equipment and other incidentals necessary to maintain or restore the listed equipment to operating specifications according to the manufacturer's recommendations (Refer to SOW for full description of service support).
