TSPS - RFP 2.5 Business Process Consultant - FI Financial Business Transformation

The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement to lead interdepartmental and departmental FI business process transformation activities and engaging with key stakeholders and clients in the advancement of technologies and analytics. DND must lead financial process improvements to revitalize and support innovation in the financial management processes, tools and systems similar to those used by the department. This will require providing advice and guidance to the Director, Financial Systems Integration (DFSI), to the Director General, Strategic Financial Governance (DGSFG), to the Governance and Project Management Office team (G&PMO) within DFSI, as well as clients and stakeholders across the DND/CAF.

A contracting officer can use limited tendering for specific reasons outlined in the applicable trade agreements. The reason for this contract is described below:
