Frederick County, Maryland invites proposals from qualified vendors for RFP #27-006 Whole Blood Program. Please refer to RFP #27-006 when inquiring about this solicitation.

A Virtual Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on August 17, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST . You must be registered as a vendor in OpenGov to receive the Microsoft Teams meeting link. Additionally, you may call 1-667-217-6643, phone conference ID 728 597 996# and you will be conferenced in.
Due Date: September 14, 2026, by 1:00 PM EST. Proposals must be submitted electronically via OpenGov.
Proposals will be opened virtually via Microsoft Teams. No late proposals will be accepted.
