Redevelopment of Sutton Park including new walkway, playground equipment, EV charging stations, drainage improvement, new bathroom facility, improvements to the existing skate park, and other improvements as shown on Contract Plans. This Contract is subject to State set-aside and contract compliance requirements. The Town of Groton reserves the right to waive any formalities or to reject any or all bids.
