2026.0244, City RFQ & RFP - Stormwater Monitoring Services for the Construction of the New Westhill High School Project is funded in whole or in part with State of CT DAS funds. Per Sec. 10-287 this will be a combined Request for Qualifications and Request for Proposals. Proposals meeting the qualifications criteria in the RFQ will be reviewed. RFQ/RFP Opening: January 29, 2026 at 4:00 PM No RFQ/RFP Deposit or Pre-Proposal Meeting Project Manager: Domenic Tramontozzi, Senior Construction Manager All Proposal and Bid documents, drawings and specifications can be viewed/ downloaded from ProcureWare ( https://stamfordct.procureware.com). All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted online via the Clarifications feature within ProcureWare.
