REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) FOR PURCHASE OF AQUEOUS-OZONE POWER CADDIES
1. Purpose of Request
This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued by the Barrow County School System (BCSS) to solicit proposals for
the purchase of twenty-three (23) Clean Core Solutions (CCC) Clean Core Caddy Power Caddies or approved
equal equipment that utilizes aqueous ozone as the primary chemical for restroom cleaning. The purchase is
dependent upon the cost and the funds available.
2. Scope of Purchase
The selected vendor shall provide twenty-three (23) new, unused aqueous-ozone powered janitorial CCC
designed for restroom cleaning applications. Equipment shall be delivered fully assembled and ready for use.
3. Approved Product or Equivalent
The reference product is the Clean Core Solutions Clean Core Caddy. An equivalent product may be proposed
provided it meets or exceeds all functional, performance, and safety requirements and uses aqueous ozone as
the cleaning chemistry. Vendors proposing an equal product must submit supporting technical documentation
demonstrating equivalency.
4. Minimum Technical Requirements
- Uses aqueous ozone generated on demand as the primary cleaning solution
- Mobile, self-contained power caddy suitable for restroom cleaning
- Integrated water and ozone generation system
- Designed for commercial janitorial environments
- Safe for use on common restroom surfaces
- Complies with applicable electrical and safety standards
5. Quantity
Twenty-three (23) units.
6. Warranty Requirements
Vendors must provide warranty information with their proposal. At a minimum, the warranty shall include:
- Comprehensive equipment warranty covering parts and labor for no less than thirty-six (24) months from
date of acceptance
- Coverage of the aqueous ozone generation system, pumps, controls, and structural components
- Clear description of service response times and repair procedures
Extended warranty options may be proposed and will be considered as part of the evaluation.
7. Delivery
Delivery shall be FOB destination to the Buyer's designated location. Delivery timeline must be stated in the
proposal.

8. Training and Documentation
The vendor shall provide operator training and all required manuals and safety documentation for the
equipment.
9. Proposal Submission
Proposals shall include pricing, technical specifications, warranty details, delivery schedule, and references.
10. Evaluation
Proposals will be evaluated based on technical compliance, warranty and service support, cost, and vendor experience.
