Description
Design and build on site, an office building for the Cold Lake MD Campground. Building to include staff washroom, mechanical room, staff lunchroom, storage space, retail space, front reception area, and park access mechanical gate complete with inside electronic controls. All utility connections as required (gas, power, water, sanitary and communications).
