CSO-GC-SFS-RH3-CP3: Construction of the CSO facility superstructure, reconstruction/abandonment of impacted conveyance, and construction of public amenities above the below ground portions of the tank.
The scope of CP-3 also includes installation of all CSO Facility components and conveyance including mechanical equipment, electrical conduits and equipment, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning components, architectural features, and Con Ed network protection structure installation. This Competitive Sealed Bid (“RFx") is being released through PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal. Responses to this RFx should be submitted via PASSPort. To access the solicitation, vendors should visit the PASSPort Public Portal Navigator at https://passport.cityofnewyork.us/page.aspx/en/rfp/request_browse_public.
