2026.0239, City RFQ & RFP - Materials Testing and Special Inspection Services for the Construction of the New Westhill High School Project is funded in whole or in part with State of CT DAS funds. Per Sec. 10-287 this will be a combined Request for Qualifications and Request for Proposals. Proposals meeting the qualifications criteria in the RFQ will be reviewed. RFQ/RFP Opening: January 29, 2026 at 4:00 PM No RFQ/RFP Deposit or Pre-Proposal Meeting Project Manager: Domenic Tramontozzi, Senior Construction Manager All Proposal and Bid documents, drawings and specifications can be viewed/ downloaded from ProcureWare ( https://stamfordct.procureware.com). All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted online via the Clarifications feature within ProcureWare.
