Bid Type: Job Contract Locations: Rutland Keywords: Paving Contractor, Road Construction Bid Description: The Town of Brandon, Vermont, will receive sealed bids for its Summer 2026 Class 3 Road Paving, at the office of the Town Manager, 49 Center Street, Brandon, Vermont 05733, until Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at 2PM. At that time, bids will be opened and read aloud. Bidders need not be present at bid opening. Proposals must arrive on time and in a sealed envelope marked “2026 Brandon Class 3 Paving Bid” to be considered. No bid may be withdrawn for 30 days after opening. SCOPE OF WORK (See maps and Lat/Long provided. Emulsion to be sprayed 0.025 to 0.3 gallons per square yard. ¾” depth shim of ?” material and 1¼” top coat of ½” material. Key in all road intersections and connections with paved driveways. The use of a rubber wheeled roller is required. Bid all three sites on one bid form.)
