INVITATION FOR BID

The Board of Commissioners of Glynn County, Georgia (“the Owner”) seeks bids from interested qualified firms to provide bids for Law Enforcement Vehicle Equipment for twelve (12) Ford Interceptor Utility Vehicles including all the details outlined and required in the Scope of Work / Specifications section.


Sealed bids will be accepted and time stamped electronically via the County's e-procurement Portal ("Portal") until Wednesday, December 18, 2024 at 1:30 pm . At 2:00 PM the bids will be opened in conference room 224 located on the second floor of the Harold Pate Building 1725 Reynolds Street Brunswick, GA and will be publicly read. Bid openings are also streamed live on the County's Youtube Channel.

Instructions for preparation and submission of a bid are contained in this packet. Bids shall be submitted via the County's eProcurement Portal utilizing the Pricing Table Provided. Bids may not be considered unless so received.

There will not be a pre-bid meeting for this project . Any questions and /or misunderstandings that may arise from this invitation shall be submitted, in writing via the e-Procurement Portal no later than Thursday, December 5, 2024 . All Questions and Answers submitted will be posted to the website no later than Tuesday, December 10, 2024 . All questions are required to be submitted in written form. Answers to questions submitted that materially change the conditions and specifications of this invitation for bid will be promulgated to all addressees as an addendum. Any discussions or documents will be considered non-binding unless incorporated and promulgated in an addendum. All contact concerning this solicitation shall be made through the Procurement Officer. Bidders shall not contact County employees, Department Heads, Evaluation Committee Members or Elected Officials with questions or any other concerns about the solicitation.
