The objective of this project is to mitigate water infiltration and update damaged infrastructure in the
basement of Fire House #4 located at 155 Drake Avenue, New Rochelle, NY 10805. The scope
encompasses targeted demolition, installation of an interior drainage system, replacement of pumping
equipment, exterior excavation for a new drywell, and comprehensive electrical upgrades to ensure code
compliance and future flood resilience.
