Residential Real Estate Brokerage Services

The City of College Station is seeking Proposals (RFP’s) from qualified firms to perform professional

real estate brokerage services for the sale of a residential property owned by the City of College Station

and located in College Station, Texas.

It is the intent of the City of College Station to select a single consultant to accomplish all the services

outlined in this Request for Proposal; however, the City reserves the right to make multiple awards if it

is in the City’s best interest to do so. Although the cost of services to be provided is an essential part of

this RFP, the City is not obligated to award a contract on the sole basis of cost. Award of the contract

shall be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal is determined to be the best value resulting from

negotiations, taking into consideration the relative importance of price and other factors set forth in this

request for proposal.

Electronic response packages, in the format prescribed herein, shall be uploaded to Brazos Valley e-

Marketplace (“Bidding Portal”) until 2:00 p.m. CT on August 14, 2026, after which time the names

of responding firms will be read aloud at City Hall – Purchasing Division. Subsequently, a list of

responding firms will be posted to the Bidding Portal. Proposals received after the specified submission

In order to ensure a fair and objective evaluation, all questions and inquiries related to this Request for

Proposal shall be addressed in writing via the Q&A feature available through the Bidding Portal.
