Services consists of but may not be limited to grounds maintenance; turf maintenance; shrub maintenance; groundcover maintenance; perennial maintenance; trash and debris removal; storm debris pickup; irrigation maintenance/ repair/operation; storm water SCM maintenance and repair; snow and ice removal; tree maintenance; and mulching, pesticide and herbicide application.
