Request for Statement of Qualifications Engineering Services

The Town of Tallulah Falls requests Statements of Qualifications (RFQs) from professional engineering design firms to provide preliminary engineering, design, permitting, bidding and construction phase services for the Town's upcoming water improvement program. The program includes water storage and distribution. The required format and details for submitting the SOQ may be obtained at the Town's website at www.tallulahfallsga.gov. Qualification Packages must be sealed, delivered and received by the Clerk's Office and marked SOQ 2026-01 on the outside of the envelope. The SOQs will be received by the Town of Tallulah Falls at 255 Main Street, Tallulah Falls, Georgia 30573 until 4:00 P.M. EST on Monday, February 9, 2026. Any proposal received after that time and date will not be considered.
