Tarrant County College District (TCCD)announces RFQ #25-041: NE Science Building and Backfill Redevelopment CMAR Step1. The RFQ qualification submissiondeadline is Friday, November 14, 2025, at 2:00 PM local time. A virtual initial public conference isscheduled for Thursday, October 30, 2025, at 10:00 AM local time. T C C D is s e l e c t i n g a C o n s t r u c t ion M a n a g e r a t R i s k (C M A R ) t o p ro v i de p re c o n s t r u c t ion a n d c o n s t r u c t i on s e r v i c es f o r the consolidation of two science educationfacilities into a single, new building on the Northeast Campus located at 828 West Harwood Road, in Hurst, Texas.

In addition, the vacated science buildingswill be renovated for use as additional staff and general-purpose classroomspaces.

U p on e v al u a t i o n o f th e re s p o n s es t o t h is RFQ , T CC D w ill r a n k t h e f irms to create a short list for step two of theselection process. The shortlist of firms will receive a request tosubmit a fee and general conditions proposal. After review of the fee and general conditions proposals, TCCD will select firms to interviewbefore making a final selection.
