  • Summary It is the City's intent to enter a one (1) year term contract, beginning January 1, 2025, for ferric chloride. Deliveries will be made by order releases "as required" from the requesting departments/divisions.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

The successful bidder shall provide and deliver ferric chloride in accordance with the following specifications. The bidders shall furnish a certified independent laboratory chemical analysis of product with their bid. This independent lab analysis, containing all the technical specifications, must be dated within six (6) months prior from date of this Invitation for Bids. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN THE BID BEING REJECTED AS NON-RESPONSIVE.
