meeting invitation will be posted to CivCast and SRA-TX website for the opening of the
bids.

The Sabine River Authority reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous
interpretation of the bids submitted in the case of ambiguity or lack of clarity in
stating proposal prices, to reject any or all bids, and/or waive any formalities.
