The City of Punta Gorda will be receiving sealed submittal responses at the Procurement Office, 126 Harvey Street, 2 ^nd Floor, Punta Gorda, FL 33950 from qualified bidders for:

SCOPE: The City invites experienced and capable contractors to submit proposals for a turnkey Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) water utilities system. The current need is for replacement of all meters, registers, and endpoints for meters between sizes 3/4 inch and 2 inches and replacement of endpoints or connection of the existing meter to the proposed data management system for meters 2 inches through 8 inches.

Inquiry and Clarification Request deadline: October 19, 2026, at 3:00 PM ET

Submittal due date and time: October 26, 2026 at 3:00 PM ET or as may be amended by the subsequent issuance of addenda. Submittal packages will be opened in public at 126 Harvey Street, 2 ^nd Floor, Punta Gorda, FL.

Solicitation documents may be obtained through www.pgorda.com – Open Bids for City of Punta Gorda, Title:  #R2025113/SVC-AMI/1626.  Vendor registration is free.  All questions shall be submitted in writing via email to the Procurement contact.    The City will not address any questions/inquiries submitted on-line concerning this solicitation posted on www.publicpurchase.com , www.thebluebook.com or any other website.
