City of Davis Request for Proposals Construction Management and Inspection Services for the Richards Boulevard / I-80 Interchange Improvements Project, CIP No. ET8730

The City of Davis is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide construction management and inspection services in a prompt, professional and workmanlike manner and in accordance with the standards of the profession. All work, unless otherwise specified, shall be provided on a time and materials basis, and completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer or Public Works Director within the time periods allocated, as mutually agreed to at the beginning of the assignment.

Services will include; review of civil engineering plans; construction support and management; computer or manual drafting; construction inspection, project management, and other tasks associated with the Richards Boulevard / I-80 Interchange construction, as assigned and directed by the City Engineer or Public Works Director.

Questions about this RFP are required to be submitted via email to Kevin Fong by December 30, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. Questions submitted after the due date or via phone will not be accepted. All substantive questions and answers will be posted below (PDF format) and distributed to applicants.
