The City of Davenport is currently accepting bids from qualified vendors for existing flooring removal and concrete polishing at the Davenport Police Department. Measurements included are approximate, contractors are responsible for exact measurements.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on July 9, 2026 at 8:30 am at the Davenport Police Station, located at 416 N Harrison Street. This will be a time for contractors to take measurements, review scope of work, address any questions or concerns, and discuss the City’s expectations. All contractors intending to bid on this project must have a representative in attendance.
Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted. Within the system, each tab of the Invitation to Bid must be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
