Project Description:

One Steam Cleaner BE Power Equipment HW4013HG or approved equivalency.

Minimum specs for equivalency:

Utilizes Direct Drive Power Transfer

Die-cast body for structural strength

Forged brass manifold for corrosion resistance

One-piece plungers for durability and longevity

Thermal relief valve to prevent overheating

Improved heat dissipation for better performance in high-temperature environments

Pressure: greater than or equal to 4,200 PSI

Flow Rate: greater than or equal to 4.2 GPM

Engine: Honda GX390 389cc features OHV technology, a cast iron cylinder sleeve, low oil shutdown, and a quiet-yet-powerful operation. Utilizes electric start.

Battery: 55AH AGM marine-grade battery included

Pump: General ZWD EZ4040 triplex pump with thermal relief valve and forged brass manifold

Unloader: External for improved cooling and pump life

Burner: Diesel-fired 12V Beckett burner

BTU Output: greater than or equal to 330,000

Max Temperature: greater than or equal to 200°F / 93°C

Thermostat: Adjustable with rocker switch control

Hose: greater than or equal to 50-ft steel-braided, quick connect

Spray Wand: 36” insulated gun/wand assembly

Nozzles: greater than or equal to 5 QC tips (0°, 15°, 25°, 40°, soap)

Wheels: 13” flat-free tires (4 total)

Frame: Powder-coated steel roll cage with lift point and mounting brackets

Weight: less than or equal to 580 lbs

Special Instructions

Quote must include tax, freight, delivery, and other applicable charges to reach the final destination and ensure full functionality.

Quote must be valid for a minimum of 60 days.

Quantity is subject to change based on available funding.

Subject to prior approval if making substitutions. E-mail specs for review and approval before submitting a quote. Substitution requests must be received no later than 24 hours before the RFQ closes. Bids without approved substitutions will be disqualified.

Substitution must meet or exceed the desired/minimum specs. We reserve the right to determine equivalency for substitutions meeting but not exceeding specifications.

HRS 103D-310(c), vendors MUST provide proof of compliance with all laws governing entities doing business in the State of Hawaii.
