Request for Proposals Lehigh and Northampton Authority Purchase of B-2 Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel

Project Description: Bids for the 2026 Diesel Fuel RFP will be received by the Lehigh and Northampton
Transportation Authority (LANTA), Allentown, PA, via PennBid electronic bid management system.
The bids are for B-2 ULTRA LOW SULFUR DIESEL FUEL. A complete Request for Proposals package is available to be reviewed in PennBid. Online submissions of the proposal are to be submitted via PennBid no later than 2:00 p.m. EST Friday, August 28, 2026. Written questions/clarifications from proposers due by 3:00 PM EST on Wednesday, August 19, 2026.
