The Elbert County School District will receive secure sealed bids for 2 Pass-Thru Coolers for the Elbert County Middle School. There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting on Monday, March 23, at 10:00 am at Elbert County Middle School. A written bid must be received and submitted in a sealed envelope labeled “BID FOR PASS THRU COOLERS” by March 31, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. to the Elbert County Board of Education, Attn: Bridgette Matthews, School Nutrition Director, 50 Laurel Drive, Elberton, Georgia, 30635. All bids will be opened publicly in the Office of the School Nutrition Director on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at 50 Laurel Drive, Elberton, Georgia. An official letter of acceptance will be forwarded by the School Nutrition Program to the successful bidder after bid selection, contract award, and Elbert County Board of Education approval.
