Project Description: The County of Bucks ("County") is soliciting proposals from qualified Managed Print Services (MPS) providers capable of delivering a secure, enterprise-class managed print solution across County facilities. The County provides services through more than fifty departments operating from numerous locations throughout Bucks County, including administrative offices, courts, correctional facilities, public safety agencies, emergency communications centers, healthcare facilities, and satellite locations.
The County currently supports approximately 400 networked multifunction devices and copiers and approximately 500 locally attached desktop printers throughout County facilities. The County's objective is to reduce unnecessary standalone printing devices where operationally feasible, standardize equipment and support models, improve security, and establish a centrally managed enterprise print environment.
The successful Proposer must demonstrate the ability to support mission-critical operations where system availability, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and rapid service response are essential.
