INVITATION TO BID - Broward College Project # [2000-C23-01.0, B56 & B57 Remodel into STEM & Nursing Expansion, Coconut Creek, FL]
CORE is the Construction Manager at Risk with a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for Broward College.
There will be a NON-MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting onsite on: Tuesday, July 28, 2026, 9:00 a.m., EST @ Building 57, 1000 Coconut Creek BLVD., Coconut Creek, FL 33066
Bid documents will be made available by CORE at the first Bid Advertisement; Monday, July 13th, 2026 and at the pre-bid meeting for reference only, through Building Connected or by email. Please email bids@coreconstruction.com to request the documents and access to Building Connected.
The bid package(s) for this scope of work will include Site Development, Landscaping, Structure, Envelope, Openings, Finishes, Specialties, Equipment, Elevators, MEP Systems, and Demolition.
Broward College encourages small business participation. CORE encourages all subcontractors to get pre-qualified to bid this project. ALL Subcontractors MUST be pre-qualified with CORE via bids@coreconstruction.com prior to the Bid Date.
Questions or Request For Information will be received via email at bids@coreconstruction.com until Tuesday, August 4th, @ 5:00 p.m., EST with subject line: Questions  BC Project 2000-C23-01.0.
Responses to Questions or Request For Information will be issued via bids@coreconstruction.com by Tuesday, August 11th, 2026 @ 5:00 p.m., EST.
All SEALED BIDS MUST be received by Tuesday, August 18th, 2026 @ 1:30 p.m., EST via
www.buildingconnected.com ONLY. No other form of submission will be accepted.
DO NOT DELIVER BIDS TO BROWARD COLLEGE. All sealed bids will be logged in and time/date stamped when received in Building Connected.
All SEALED bids will be opened publicly with Broward College on Tuesday, August 18th, 2026 @ 2:00 p.m., EST at Broward College Central Campus, Building 23, Room 103, 3501 Davie Road, Davie, FL 33314. Broward College reserves the right to waive minor technicalities.
