The Town of Natick, Natick Town Hall, 13 East Central Street, Natick, MA 01760 (“the Town”), invites the submission of sealed bids for traffic signal and pedestrian signal Work and Repair services for an initial one (1)-year term. At the sole discretion of the Town, any contract awarded will be subject to renewal for one (1) or two (2) additional one (1)-year terms. Prospective Bidders shall be prequalified in accordance with 720 CMR 5.00, “Prequalification of Contractors”. MassDOT prequalification of contractors with the class of work Traffic Signals for the On-Call Traffic Signal Maintenance/Repair Project (1 year with 2 1-year options), with an estimate value of $209,160.00 ($69,720.00 x3) will be required. The awarding authority reserves the right to extend the contract for two (2) additional 12-month options. Valuation for purposes of MassDOT Prequalification is based on first year three (3) to arrive at an estimated total prequal contract value. The estimated value provided in this Invitation to Bid is for one year. The Town reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any, any part of, or all Bids in the best interest of the Town.
