The Plumas County Department of Public Works is posting this IFB (Invitation for Bids) to supply and deliver 12" and 16" steel schedule 40 pipe. Quantities of each pipe are below:
12" Steel Sch 40 Pipe = 600 linear feet
16" Steel Sch 40 Pipe = 580 linear feet

with any questions or comments. The pipe will need to be delivered to 1834 E Main St in Quincy, CA. The county has forklifts available for offloading the pipe upon arrival.
Bid closing is August 20, 2026 at 4:00 pm. Bid opening will be held at 4:00 pm at 1834 E Main St in Quincy, CA (same day). All bids must be mailed or hand delivered to the above address before 4:00 pm. Email / electronic bid packages will not be accepted. Please write "12" / 16" Pipe IFB" on the outside of the package.
