Water and Wastewater Monitoring for Weekends and Holidays at 3 NE Ohio State Parks

Needed Service or Supply: Weekend and Holiday Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant Monitoring

Project Background :  DNR is looking for a contractor to provide weekend and holiday monitoring services at the water and wastewater plants at three Northeast Ohio State Parks, Wingfoot Lake State Park, West Branch State Park and Punderson State Park.

Specifications/Scope of Work :
Coverage is needed at Wingfoot Lake State Park and West Branch State Park each Saturday, Sunday and State Holidays.  Coverage is needed each Saturday at Punderson State Park with Sunday and State Holiday coverage as needed.

At each park on each day of coverage (estimated 30 min at each park):
Water Plant:

Timeline: Work to begin at a mutually agreed upon date once all contract documents have been completed.

Prior Experience: While water and wastewater operators’ licenses are not necessary, experience performing these types of checks must be demonstrated.  The winning bidder will be asked to furnish a list of experience with similar work performed.

Contract length: Contract will run for up to two years with an option to renew for an additional two years subject to both parties’ approval.  Contract may be terminated by either party at any time.

Evaluation: The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder as determined by the State.
Contract Award: The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder by line item.
