| Notes | United Independent School District (UISD) of Laredo, Texas is soliciting bids proposals for Labor and Material for Plumbing Services. Work will be recurring and on "as needed basis". District reserves the right to recommend one, more than one, or none of the vendors for this proposal. Services will be requested by the UISD Facilities and Operations Department Director or his designee. The vendor(s) selected for this project must have a solid record of quality, reliability, stability, and customer satisfaction, which can be verified. The District has the right to disqualify any vendor not meeting the specifications. Prices are to remain firm for the term of each contract period. UISD expects the awarded vendor(s) to provide the full range of labor, materials, and services based upon the requirements and specifications listed in this RFP. |
