WEMCO Pump Products, Parts, and Service

Sarasota County intends to renew a sole source procurement with TSC Jacobs South, Inc. for the provision of WEMCO pump products, parts, and service.

In the event respondents demonstrate the ability to supply the same or substantially similar products and/or services, the County may, in its sole discretion, elect to cancel this sole source and advertise a competitive solicitation.

Per correspondence from Trillium Flow Technologies, dated December 3, 2024, Trillium Pumps USA is the only manufacturer and sole source of pumps, services, parts and accessories for listed WEMCO equipment. Further, TSC Jacobs South, Inc. is the sole appointed, exclusive sales and service Representative for WEMCO Products as listed for Southern Florida Municipal market segment which includes Sarasota County Public Utilities.

Any vendor who believes they can provide the goods and/or services described in the attached sole source documentation should respond to this ISS by the date specified.
