Description

The Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order for ManageEngine Desktop License. Please see Attachment 1 – Vendor Quote Sheet for the details.



All quotes should contain the following:



• Completed Attachment 1 - Vendor Quote Sheet



• Verification of SDVOSB status



• Verification of Manage engine Authorized Reseller status





Potential questions and answers





Does FMCS require that the SDVOSB bidder be directly authorized by ManageEngine, or can an SDVOSB work through an authorized distributor?



As specified in the solicitation, all bidders must provide verification of their status as an authorized reseller of ManageEngine products. This requirement can be satisfied either by the SDVOSB bidder being directly authorized by ManageEngine or by working through an authorized distributor.





2. Would FMCS accept a reseller agreement between an SDVOSB and an authorized distributor (who is already approved by ManageEngine)?
