Category 1 - Internet Access and Data Transmission Service

The Yupiit School District is seeking multi-year contract bids for district-wide internet services with options for increasing bandwidth over the life of the contract. These school sites are located in Akiachak, Tuluksak and Akiak. Bids shall include download speeds from 25 Mbps to 200 Mbps for growth and comparison. The bandwidth 25 Mbps and 100 Mbps are required to be included in the submitted quote. Costs for eligible and ineligible services must be separated.

The District will consider multi-year pricing up to three (3) years with mutually agreed upon extensions. Service must be guaranteed with a start date of July 1, 2026. The district is not interested in receiving proposals that are data-capped. Proposals must also include

service level agreement plan descriptions, contention ratio, and pricing per Mbps for both upload and download speeds. The successful bidder shall be able to provide discounted billing and invoice USAC via SPI mode upon request. Bids should include costs in increments between the minimum and maximum requested bandwidth. Any questions regarding the request for bids for Category 1 must be submitted in writing and received no later than January 27,

2026.

Category 2 - Internal Connections

The Yupiit School District is seeking bids for the following equipment needed for broadband connectivity within schools and/or the related software and right-to-use licenses necessary for the equipment to function.

3 Quantity - APC 2200VA Smart UPS with SmartConnect, SMT2200C Sinewave UPS Battery Backup, AVR, 120V, or equivalent

3 Quantity - APC Smart-UPS X 2200VA Rack/Tower LCD 100-127V, or equivalent

3 Quantity - APC Smart-UPS X-Series 120V External Battery Pack Rack/Tower, or equivalent

Shipping costs must be included in the proposal. Proposals received with no shipping costs indicated or TBD may be disqualified from consideration.
The district's preference is for the awardee to have the capacity to file SPI.
