Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) support to US Forest Service SD3-60 Sherpa, DHC-6 Twin Otter, and DHC-2 Beaver aircraft used in support of wildland firefighting.
USDA Forest Service Procurement & Property Services, Incident Procurement Operations, Aviation Branch intends to procure, by means of other than full and open competition Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Support for nine (9) SD3-60 Shorts Brothers Sherpa aircraft, two (2) DHC-6 Twin Otter aircraft, and three (3) DHC-2 Beaver aircraft located throughout the United States. The intent is to negotiate a 5-year multi-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract with DeHavilland Aircraft of Canada, to procure OEM support of the Short Brothers SD3-60 Sherpa, Twin Otter, and Beaver aircraft. This support includes the following:

Technical Publication Subscriptions: This includes maintenance manuals, maintenance programs, structural repair manuals, illustrated parts catalog, information letters and service bulletins (including mandatory manufacturing bulletins), illustrated tool and equipment manuals, crew manuals (65/67 Engines), wiring diagram manuals, aircraft recovery manuals, drawings, aircraft flight manuals, and specimen flight manuals which are available only from the OEM.

This is a sole source solicitation to DeHavilland Aircraft of Canada who is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). No other sources will be considered.
This requirement is not set aside for small business.
