Project Description: The work to be performed consists of furnishing and installing the equipment, facilities, services, and appurtenances indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work generally includes, but is not limited to, the following: Interior remodel work converting existing gallery and office spaces into city occupied office space and after school program space; including millwork, interior doors, framing, floor and wall finishes, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, low voltage communications and security.
