Description:
BACKGROUND
Ithaca Tompkins International Airport (ITH) serves as a key transportation hub in the region, offering various flight services and amenities. Our objective is to strengthen our presence in the local market through strategic print advertising initiatives.
PURPOSE OF REQUEST
Ithaca Tompkins International Airport (ITH) invites qualified agencies to submit proposals for a three-year media buy contract focused on print advertising services. The objective is to enhance our visibility, effectively engage our target audiences, and promote our services through impactful and strategically placed print media.
PROGRAM OBJECTIVES

Secure strategic print media placements that align with ITH’s marketing objectives and effectively target key ITH audiences.

Manage the logistics of ad placement, including coordination with publications and adherence to deadlines.

Managing the production process, including layout, printing, and distribution.

Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of the print advertising campaigns.
