Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing
Conducting Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Wildlife Resources
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide:Remove entire existing fence (e.g., wire, fence line posts, panels, gates, stays, clips) in multiple locations and totally reconstruct the fence with 4-wire (2 barbed, 2 barbless wire, T-Posts, metal fence stays, end panels, stress panels, corners, gates, and fence clips on fences totaling approximately 10,560 feet (See Total Fence Removal and Replacement Map and Drawings). The contractor will leave some T-Posts in place to serve as temporary line-of-sight markers so that the new fence line is constructed in the same location as the fence that will be removed.
Total length, topography (i.e. drainages, hill tops), and other project variables shall be verified/confirmed by contractors bidding on the project before final bid submission.
Mandatory Site Visit: NONE.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Length of Contract: Preferably by November 15,2025 if weather permits. If weather doesn't permit then years.
he work may be completed during the next available window of August 1, 2026 through September or October, 2026. The schedule shall be submitted at the prework conference.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for through the completion of the project.
