Synopsis:

Prairie Valley School Division #208 (PVSD) is requesting Quotes for up to Four (4) new Sports Utility Vehicles (SUV).
This quantity is an estimate only. The actual number of units purchased may increase or decrease based on total bid pricing and PVSD’s approved budget. PVSD is not obligated to purchase the full estimated quantity.

All vehicles proposed under this RFQ must be fully compliant with all applicable Canadian federal and provincial laws, regulations, and standards, including but not limited to:
• Transport Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Regulations (MVSR)
• Canadian Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (CMVSS)
• Saskatchewan Vehicle Equipment Regulations
• Saskatchewan Registration and Insurance Requirements (SGI)
Proponents submitting vehicles manufactured or supplied from outside Canada are responsible for ensuring that all proposed units:
1. Are certified to CMVSS standards at the time of manufacture,
2. Include all required compliance labels and documentation,
3. Are eligible for registration and operation in Saskatchewan without modification, and
4. Are not restricted to off‑road, commercial‑fleet‑only, or non‑importable classifications.
