2026 Concrete Project - Bonner Springs, KS

I. Purpose.

This project consists of approximately 2,972 linear feet of curb and gutter removal and replacement, and 3,531 square feet of sidewalk replacement. All concrete work shall utilize KCMMB 4K concrete.

The Contractor is responsible for providing and maintaining all necessary traffic control in accordance with the latest edition of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) and shall issue timely notifications to affected residents and facility staff throughout the duration of the project.

Thursday, July 02, 2026 Notice to Bidders published in the WYCO Echo

Thursday, July 16, 2026, 3:00 p.m. Bids are due at City Clerk’s office and Bid Opening

Monday, July 27, 2026 Award by City Council

III. Scope of Services.

Work shall be completed as specified below and in the specifications and requirements. The contractor shall be responsible for all traffic control, temporary detours if required, signage as necessary, and public notification (24-48 hours).

VI. Submission Deadline.

Interested contractors shall submit one (1) sealed copy of their Bid Form and (1) separately sealed Bid Bond to: City Clerk, City of Bonner Springs, P.O. Box 38, 200 East Third Street, Bonner Springs, KS 66012. All bids must be marked on the outside of the envelope: “2026 Concrete Project”. Bids must be received no later than 3:00 p.m., Thursday, July 16, 2026.
