Synopsis:

Supply, Design and Construction of Municipal Shop Facility – Request for Proposals

The RM invites proposals from qualified proponents for the supply, design, and construction of a new municipal shop facility to be constructed on municipally owned land at SE 05-39-19-3 Ext. 0. The project will be delivered as a turnkey Supply–Design–Build (SDB) project and includes a fully insulated and heated 60’ x 130’ municipal shop facility with office, mezzanine, washroom, staff support areas, utility servicing, and associated site works.

The successful proponent will be responsible for all labour, materials, engineering, permits, coordination of trades, and construction services necessary to complete the project in accordance with applicable codes and regulations.

Proposal documents must include pricing, conceptual design information, project schedule, team qualifications, references, and confirmation of ability to provide engineered stamped drawings by a Professional Engineer licensed in Saskatchewan.
