Project Description: Saint Louis County ("County") is soliciting bids for the demolition, repair, and reconstruction of the front porch at the General Daniel Bissell House historic site.
Expected Number of Contracts - 1
Magnitude of Project - Between $25,000 and $100,000
Required Bonds - Performance and Payment Bonds, each for 100% of contract amount.
Type of Pricing - Invoices based upon work completed
