160-25, Facility Condition Assessment and Master Planning Services

Fulton County Schools (FCS) seeks a professional services firm to provide comprehensive planning services to assist in the preparation of the school system¿s next capital improvement program. These services shall consist of providing master planning services, updating facility Educational Specifications as needed, determining FCS facilities educational adequacy delineating constructable and non-constructable items, performing a condition assessment of all existing FCS facilities and updating the database as optional services after the first year of the contract, performing a separate condition assessment and inventory of athletic facilities at middle and high schools and updating the database as optional services after the first year of the contract, providing Capital Asset Planning and Management software, and integrating previous facility data into the Capital Asset Planning and Management software.
