Scope of Work

Develop a unique and compelling branding identity tailored to Dublin’s unique advantages, competitive assets, economic strengths, and transformational development projects.

- 1.2. Key Messaging Development:
Craft key messages that articulate Dublin’s value propositions

- 2.1. Comprehensive Marketing Plan:
Create a strategic short- and long-term marketing plan

- 2.2. Website Evaluation:
Evaluate and make recommendations regarding the City’s Economic Development webpages

-2.3. Promotional Materials:
Develop modern and visually appealing marketing templates consistent with the City’s brand

-3.1. Media Strategy Development:
Develop a refreshed press and media engagement strategy

- 3.2. Press Materials:
Create updated press kits and media-ready content

- 4.1. Stakeholder Input Sessions:
Facilitate four (4) sessions with key stakeholders

- 4.2. Iterative Feedback Process:
Prepare and present three (3) iteration draft deliverables to stakeholders
