Re: 26-15-B Wagener EMS Station Addition
Aiken County Government is soliciting sealed bids for an addition of the Wagener EMS
Station. The project consists of 1585 SF Ambulance Addition to the Listine Gunter
Community Center at 49 Roy Street, Wagener South Carolina 29164.
Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at the Aiken County Government Center on
Wednesday May 27th @ 10:00 a.m. This meeting room is located on the first floor of the
Aiken County Government Center 1930 University Parkway Aiken, South Carolina 29801
Please be prompt. You must attend to be eligible to bid on this project.
Emailed questions should come to procurement@aikencountysc.gov until Friday May 29th
2:00 p.m. The Q&A will be posted to our website on or before Wednesday June 3rd 2:00 p.m.
Phone calls will not be accepted.
Bid Documents for a Stipulated Sum contract may be obtained from the office
of the Architect upon receipt of a deposit in the amount of $100.00 per set
refundable to bona fide Bidders. Electronic sets are available for non-
refundable fee of $35.00. Documents can only be obtained by general
contract and subcontract Bidders. Others may view the Bid Documents at the
office of the Architect 1075 Brookhaven Drive, Aiken. SC. Bidders to be General
Contractors licensed in the State of South Carolina.
Bids are due to Procurement by Wednesday June 10th 2026 before 2:00 p.m.
