The City of Davenport, Iowa is accepting proposals from qualified Fire Protection System installers to install a code-compliant fire alarm system with monitoring at the Freight House facility located at 401 W. River Drive, Davenport, Iowa 52801.
A
mandatory
pre-proposal meeting will be held on January 9, 2025 at 8:30 am at the Freight House, Suite 6, located at 401 W. River Drive, Davenport, IA 52801. This will be a time to visit the location, review the plans and specifications, address any questions or concerns, and discuss the City’s expectations. All contractors intending to submit a proposal
must
have a representative in attendance.
Proposals must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted. Within the system, each tab of the Request for Proposals must be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
