Correction of date on pre-bid meeting time from 2025 to 2026.
Texas A&M Forest Service is soliciting proposals to hire a general contractor to construct an office, shop, and site improvements at the Texas A&M Forest Service’s location in Smithville, TX. Proposals may be received until February 10, 2026, at 2:00pm. Proposers shall contact Charles Cavanaugh at charles.cavanaugh@tfs.tamu.edu for copies of the relevant solicitation documents.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting to provide clarifications to potential respondents will be held on January 23, 2026, at 10:30am. Times and details of the pre-bid meeting are included in the solicitation documents.
