The City of Laredo is seeking to receive statement of qualifications (SOQ’s) f rom qualified firms interested in providing professional services to design and construct a pedestrian bridge (turn-key project) to cross from Father McNaboe Park to Barbara Fasken Recreational Center over an existing creek to provide safe, ADA-accessible connectivity. The project shall improve pedestrian safety, enhance recreational access in District VII.
