NOTICE TO BIDDERS
TOWN OF MOUNT PLEASANT
Sealed Bids and Proposals will be received by the Town Clerk of Mount Pleasant, One Town Hall Plaza, Valhalla, NY 10595 until 11:00 a.m. on the 4
th
day of February, 2025, for the Maintenance of Floral and Shrub Areas and Mowing of Grass in the Mt. Pleasant Parks.
Specifications relating to said Proposal may be obtained at the Office of the Town Clerk, One Town Hall Plaza, Valhalla, NY 10595.
Bids must be accompanied by cash, certified check, or Bid Bond, made payable to the Town of Mt. Pleasant, in the amount of 5% of the total amount of Bid. Said cash, check, or Bid Bond will be considered as a guarantee that the Bidder will render services as stated in the specifications, if awarded to him, and will be forfeited to the Town of Mt. Pleasant, New York, as liquidated damages if he fails to do so within the time specified.
Checks of unsuccessful Bidders will be returned as soon as the Contract is awarded.
The Town reserves the right to waive any formalities and/or accept or reject any or all Bids as it deems to be in the best interest of the Town.
Non-Collusive Bidding Certification and Hold Harmless Statement must be attached to Bid.
